Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Entreprise Arms depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee starting at $7.35 as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

• Entreprise Arms own brand  may be returned for credit or refund of the original product-only purchase cost, not counting shipping, within 15 days of their purchase, with the customer paying all shipping costs.
   
• All  returned items above must be in re-sellable, new, unused condition, with all packaging materials, boxes, holders, labelling and packaging. They must be carefully packaged with a copy of the original invoice so we can identify and properly credit your account. Any used, non-resellable, damaged, products shipped without their original labels and/or packaging, or unidentified products will not be credited or refunded.
   
• Any special/custom items returned due to a customer's ordering error, will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs. No returns after 30days
