Frequently Asked Questions
|
| What's the difference between the Inch and
Metric Receiver?
Answer:
The differences between the Inch and
Metric pattern receiver are as follows:
- The inch cocking
handle folds forward
- The inch magazine
notch is a slot versus a radius cut, metric magazine can be used in
a
inch receiver although it will not be as reliable.
- The inch dust
cover requires additional clearance in the receiver for proper seating.
- The barrel timing
on an Inch receiver requires a breeching washer to set proper torque
specification. The thread pitch on the barrel are identical.
- The bolt hold open can
only engaged manually.
